Summits of more than 4 000m, glaciers, torrents, valleys and alpine passes will partner you along your path. The Tour du Mont-Blanc is an extraordinary adventure winding through a massif of extraordinary beauty. An unique and fragile land. Mont-Blanc (4810m), Aiguille de Bionnassay, Noire de Peuterey, Dent du Géant, Grandes Jorasses, Mont Dolent, Aiguille Verte, the Drus… So many mythical summits to accompany your footsteps.

There where the common mortals take 6 or 7 days walking to complete the tour, the UTMB^® trail-runners run this itinerary in between 20 and 40 hours of racing. Day and night , they will progress along the paths in the massif with passages culminating at more than 2500m, totalling 170km of race and 10 000m of ascent. This out of the ordinary challenge passes through three countries : France, Italy and Switzerland.

The UTMB^® race territory also accounts for a remarkable historical and natural heritage, and its inhabitants mobilise themselves each year alongside elected representatives and the organisation to make the event an exceptional event.
