During his first participation on the UTMB®, when the cameraman pointed out that he is more than an hour ahead of his pursuers, he replies smiling: "We'll see if I can manage because those behind are strong and they have a lot of experiences on long races, I'm young, I don’t have much experience." Kilian is like that, humble and extraordinary at the same time, relaxed and super focus. "In 2008, I had done a lot of preparation and recognition, on the starting line I was more focused than stressed " Extraordinary because when he crosses the finish line that year, he becomes at 20 years old, the youngest runner to win but also the first to do it under 21 hours!
