Val d'Aran by UTMB® 2021: entries reopen today!

Dear runners, dear community, 

Whilst UTMB® Group are preparing for a return to the mountains with the organization of Thailand by UTMB® and Panda Trail by UTMB® in the next few weeks, it’s time to look ahead to 2021 as entries for Val d’Aran by UTMB® reopen today. 

Postponed to 2021 due to the coronavirus outbreakthe first ever Val d’Aran by UTMB® will take place between 9 and 11 July 2021 and will include all the distances originally planned: Torn dera Val d’Aran, VDA (162 km), Camins de Hèr, CDH (105 km), Peades dera Aigua, PDA (55 km) and SKY Baqueira Beret, SKY (15km). 

Each race will take you through a wild, natural and authentic valley in the Spanish Pyrenees close to the border with France, where you will enjoy the essence of this magnificent mountain range. 

With entries selling fast last year and a sold-out PDA 55km race, local organizers have made additional bibs available for this distance. There are around 300 spots available for each race.  Join thousands of fellow runners from all around the globe and sign up now to guarantee your spot on the start line next year! 

Check out the ITRA points required for new registrations: 

VDA: minimum 8 points in 2 races maximum 
CDH: minimum 6 points in 2 races maximum 
PDA: minimum 4 points in 2 races maximum 

As an exception this year, you can register for any of the previous races, having obtained the minimum amount of points in “qualifying races“ finished between 01/01/2018 and 30/04/2021.
